We've also created a new page, called the Burma is Important Updater. It's not complete by any means, but it's meant to be your one-stop spot for keeping updated on Burma developments via Big media and blogs and other sites.

"[Lou] Reed is to host an episode of Aperture, a new series on the Gallery HD network (the only 24 hour network devoted to the visual arts). The episode airs TOMORROW night, Sept. 11, at 10 pm, and can be viewed on various operators as well as the Dish Network satellite folks.
Reed and producer Tony Visconti will be seen discussing art in the New York studio of Justin Guariglia, who we are told “uses still and video photography to explore themes of universal energy, ritual and spirituality informed from his years spent in China studying with Buddhist monks.”
